Assignment 1

here is assignment 1. I did the birth of venus in ascii at first using a program i found on the internet that lets you use your mouse to draw in ascii characters.

i decided that it was kinda cheating so i painted it in 16 color mspaint instead.

then while i was document flipping between my version and the botacelli version, i thought the actual document flip looked pretty good. it had contrast, repition, alignment and proportion so i just hit printscreen (much easier on a pc than a mac) and saved it as a jpeg.
